Your gameplay experience depends on the characters you create to live on your island. There are several ways to create and collect Mii characters.
Get to Know Your Mii:
Learn about your characters' likes and dislikes, their relationships, and their life is as much a part of the melodrama as you participate in.
Take Care of Your Mii
Give your Mii characters food, clothes, treasures, and more to make their lives a little better. Sometimes they will like what they receive! Other times... not so much. But don't worry, they will always tell you what they do and do not like.
Level Up Your Mii
When their happiness reaches the maximum, a Mii will level up. Want to make them even happier? Reward them with gifts like quirks, emotions, and much more.
Mii Friends
Friendship between Mii characters can go in all kinds of directions. Characters may become best friends, live together, or have arguments and hold grudges. Over time, their relationship can grow and flourish in other ways.
Pick Up Your Mii
If your Mii character is sitting inside moping, you can simply pick them up and place them next to another character so they can chat and hang out.
Pop on Mii
Once your island is settled, you can pop into your creations as they chill at home. Give your homes a chance to decorate, and walk together, and build your community.

Give a donation. Use in-game money to buy items. Give items to Miis to make them happy. Repeat daily.

Load a shopping basket with drinks, sweets, and other munchies to fill your Miis' bellies.
