How Can I Sign Up?
- Download the app, then choose one of the three (3) registration choices to complete the registration process.
- Using a Hardware Token
- Proceed after entering the account number.
- Select Hardware Token.
- Enter the device's token together with its PIN.
- Make a six-digit password and confirm it.
- Make a four-digit mobile PIN and confirm it.
- Select "Submit" (Operation Completed).
- To log on, the user must enter their account number and password.
With Card
- Enters Account Number and Proceeds
- Choose a card and input the card's last six numbers together with the card pin.
- Make a six-digit password and confirm it.
- Make a four-digit mobile PIN and confirm it.
- Select "Submit" (Operation Completed).
- To access the application, the user must input their account number and password.
Activation of Branches
Note:
- You can only register once.
- The user only needs to enter their account number and password to add a new device; the system will then prompt them to register their device.
- Customer may use their card details or tokens to authorize.
- A user may add three devices maximum.
