Resolution Changer operates by utilizing a hidden Android API known as IWindowManager. Google initially blocked access to this API beginning with Android Pie, but they permitted developers to circumvent the API blacklist by changing a Secure Setting.
Resolution Changer initially unblocks the blacklisted APIs before applying the desired resolution and display density.
If you do not give a height or width, Resolution Changer will utilize the resolution that the device is presently set to.
If you do not indicate a density, Resolution Changer will attempt to calculate one based on the device's diagonal screen size.
WARNING:
If you specify a damaged resolution and are unable to repair it, proceed as follows:
- Connect the gadget to the computer.
- Open CMD or Terminal (whatever you want on OS)
- Enter the following commands:
reset adb shell wm size
