Make Snorlax big and strong! You can grow Snorlax by giving it Berries from Pokémon you befriend. Your chances of encountering Pokémon with rare sleep styles will increase as you raise Snorlax!

When you go to bed, place your smartphone by your pillow to track and measure your sleep. If you sleep longer, your score will be higher in the morning, and more Pokémon will appear around Snorlax. You will be classified as dozing, snoozing, or slumbering during your sleep, and Pokémon that sleep similarly will gather around Snorlax in the morning.
There is even a possibility of seeing a Pokémon sleeping in an unusual way you wouldn't normally see. Several Pokémon have different sleep styles, so find out how many you can find.
Report on Your Sleep
Did you get enough sleep last night? In your sleep report, you'll learn things like when you fell asleep, how long you spent in different sleep stages, and whether or not you snore.
