You can use PS Remote Play to connect to your PS5TM or PS4TM from anywhere.
When you use PS Remote Play, you can:
- Show the screen of your PlayStation®5 or PlayStation®4 on your phone or tablet.
- You can handle your PS5 or PS4 with the on-screen controller on your phone or tablet.
- You can use the DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controller on phones that have Android 10 or later loaded.
- You can use the DualSenseTM wireless controller on phones that have Android 12 or later loaded.
- You can use the DualSense EdgeTM wireless controller on phones that have Android 14 or later loaded.
- Use the mic on your phone to join voice chats.
- You can use the keyboard on your phone to enter text on your PS5 or PS4.
You need these things to use this app:
- A phone that has Android 9 or later installed
- A PlayStation 5 or PlayStation 4 with the most recent system software
- A PlayStation Network account
- A strong and quick internet link
When you use mobile data:
- You might not be able to use Remote Play if your network is down or your service doesn't support it.
- A lot more data is used by Remote Play than by most video streaming services. There may be prices for data.

When you use your controller:
- The DUALSHOCK 4 wireless controller works with phones that have Android 10 or later loaded. (On devices running Android 10 or 11, use the on-screen remote to make the touchpad work.)
- The DualSense wireless controller works with phones that have Android 12 or later loaded.
- Mobile phones that have Android 14 or later can use the DualSense Edge cordless controller.
Take note:
- This app might not work right on devices that haven't been confirmed.
- Some games might not work with this app.
- When you play on your PS5 or PS4, your controller may move in a different way.
- Depending on how well your phone works, you may experience input lag when using your wireless remote.
