It is incredible how these betting companies continue to trick Brazilians into believing they are trustworthy.
I made a deposit without receiving a bonus, I placed some bets, I lost some money, and when I decided to withdraw to avoid losing it all, they didn't recognize my password. I asked them to send a password redirection to my email, and they claimed that even though this is the standard and secure way to recover the password, they now require that I send a photo of my face along with the front and back of an identity document (just to make it more difficult and try to keep my money).
We are all aware of the dangers involved in sending a photo to a dubious location and the fact that we won't be able to predict how this act will turn out.
I just requested that they send the redirection to my email, as the website already anticipates, and declined to provide a photo for security reasons.
They remain silent and give a mechanical response requesting me to email the photo instead of sending anything.
Brazilians cannot be duped by sites of this nature, thus the police must step in. What shocks me is seeing well-known broadcasters promote themselves and assert that the national betting site pays promptly for each pix; after all, their reputation and credibility are also on the line.
I won't accept being [Edited by Reclame Aqui], and I'll utilize every digital tool at my disposal to warn any future muggle recruits to stay away from this trap.
Send me the redirection to my email if it is my email instead of using deceptive pictures and other ruses, please.
